THINGS LOOKING A LITTLE ROUGH
The space in this photo was originally a completely unfinished garage/loft that we converted to a fully finished master bedroom complete with master bath area in the loft upstairs and a full kitchen, full bathroom and living room area downstairs. This is an extreme sample of an update and we welcome any size project you have in mind.
TIRED OF STUFF PILING UP
This is the before picture in the kitchen of an ADU build we did that was so much fun! The clients were tired of this space constantly being used to stack stuff on top of itself.
Solution - We converted it to a 800 square foot space complete with a full kitchen, bathroom and guest bedroom on the main floor as well as a bonus room, Master bedroom and bathroom upstairs! Huge upgrade and the clients could not have been happier with the results.
