Garage to home conversion

This project was a double bay garage that we converted to a complete 1 bedroom 2 bathroom home with a very modern finish. We did a L shaped kitchen with 1 island, Quartz countertops with a vertical 1/3 offset stack backsplash with 4x16 white ceramic tile. Wood grain LVP flooring throughout. Spiral staircase. Full bath downstairs with a full bathroom upstairs as well where the master bedroom resides.  Home Remodeling

Custom Bathroom Remodels

This was a full bathroom remodel. Demo and removal of the entire existing bathroom and relocated all the plumbing and built new interior walls to allow for the new footprint. The floor tile was a 2ftx2ft ceramic tile with a 1/2 tile layout. and the accent wall and shelf was a 5inx5in ceramic in a stacked pattern. we also installed a sauna on the opposite wall of the shower with the free standing tub in the middle. Opened up the ceiling in the bathroom and added the double skylight for a natural lighting and extra pop to the room.

Big shop out in Damascus that we converted roughly 800sq ft into a fully livable 2 bedroom 2 bathroom full kitchen, shaker style cabinets, Quartz countertops, 4x16 smooth white tile backsplash, new appliances.

Second Story Decking | Cable Railing

This was a deck reface where we removed the original decking and railing system and replaced with new Timbertech composite decking and Viewrail aluminum post cable rail. We also installed a waterproof system to divert water and keep the deck underneath dry. 

Custom Decking and Staircase

This was a new build 50'x20' deck. Material used was Timbertech decking and a Timbertech cable rail with composite posts and a matching composite drink rail cap. 

Couch showers

This project was and upstairs shower and floor remodel, we removed existing tub and surround as well as bathroom floor and installed a new hydroblock shower system and tiles the walls and bench with a 24''x48'' ceramic tile, a stone mosaic and matching niche, floors are a dark grey 12''x24'' ceramic. Downstairs shower was a full demo and new build. small shower with big 24''x48'' tile all custom cut, 2x2 hexagon mosaic floor and matching niche.

Shower Replacement

Decks | Patios | Outdoor Enclosures

This project was removal of existing concrete pad and replaced with a match to existing to support the load of the new patio cover we built. It was a self standing patio cover roughly 20x12, we also patched siding around new sliding glass door homeowner had installed.
